Heaven Skincare America Returns & Refunds Policy

At Heaven Skincare America, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You may return products within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Additional Charges for Ending a Subscription Early

If you choose to end your subscription before the agreed term, you may be required to pay the difference for any discounted products or promotional pricing that was applied during your subscription period. This ensures fair pricing for the products you received.

3. Eligible Items for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Any gifts received must be also returned

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products, unless they are faulty or damaged.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. If, after inspection, the item is found not to be faulty, the customer will be required to collect the product or repay the postage cost before it is returned to them.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
